In December 2006, we began giving out free copies of the book as God provides for us and with the support of Christian friends world over. This month, we decided to produce 50,000 copies of the sensational, thought-provoking book for free distribution. While the book itself is free, intending recipients pay for the shipping and handling.
Since the book is printed in the United States, and we have a contracted fulfilment centre in the city of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, US residents pay less for shipping than residents of other countries.
